Oatbran cheesecake!

I discovered this completely by accident but really the best way of eating the stuff!

 Lemon juice1/2 teaspoon
 Oat bran1 1/2 tablespoons
 Sweetener1/2 teaspoon
 Yogurt (fat free)2 tablespoons



Put oatbran in base of a serving dish and mix with sweetener. On top put yogurt mixed with lemon juice.


Put in the fridge and wait at least an hour.


Then eat! The oatbran absorbs some of the mixture on top and becomes cheesecake-like and is really very nice. You could also swap the yogurt and lemon for a flavoured yogurt on top.

2 Tbsp
2.5 Tbsp
3 Tbsp

Adjust the servings from the recipe to match the oat bran requirements of your phase!


Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
