Put oatbran in base of a serving dish and mix with sweetener. On top put yogurt mixed with lemon juice.
Put in the fridge and wait at least an hour.
Then eat! The oatbran absorbs some of the mixture on top and becomes cheesecake-like and is really very nice. You could also swap the yogurt and lemon for a flavoured yogurt on top.
