Omelette with pasta

Ingredients

 Cornflour1 tbsp
 Eggs3
 Herbes de Provence1tsp
 Olive Oil Spraya few sprayings
 philadelphia exta light1tbsp
 Salt & Peppera few pinches
 Skimmed milk5tbsp
 Turkey hama few slices
 wholegrain pasta60g

Instructions

Put the pasta into boiling water for 10 minutes

While the pasta boils, put the rest of ingredients in a bowl (chop the ham into little pieces)

Mix everything in the bowl with a hand mixer

When the pasta is cooked, spray a big pan with oil and put the pasta in the pan

After a few seconds pour the mix from the bowl over the pasta and cover with lid.

Cook on mark 7-8 for a few minutes, until it's only a bit runny on the top.

Flip the omelette and cook for a minute or two without the lid

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
