Ingredients

 Cinnamon2 teaspoons
 Cream cheese (fat free)2 tablespoons
 Oat bran4 tablespoons
 Pumpkin cooked & mashed3 tablespoons
 Sweetener2 tablespoons
 Wheat Bran2 tablespoons

Instructions

Boil the Pumpkin with sweetener and cinnamon.

Mash the Pumkin.

Mix Pumpkin, Oat Bran, Wheat Bran in a bowl.

Add Creme Cheese.

Fry in a non-stick frying pan (yyu can use a spra or two of low fat spray) until golden on each side.

Best served warm but equally good as a from-the-fridge snack.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
