Ingredients

 Baking powder1 teaspoon
 Cornflour2 tablespoons
 Eggs2
 Oat bran2
 Skimmed milk powder3 tablespoons
 Water10 Tablespoons
 Wheat Bran2 tablespoons

Instructions

Pre heat oven 150 degrees C

Mix together Bran, Cornflour, skimmed milk powder,water,baking powder & egg yolks.

Whisk egg whites until stiff and fold into bran mix.

Pour into lb loaf tin and bake for 20 minutes.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
