 Chives2 tablespoons
 chopped parsley2 tablespoons
 Cider vinegar1 tablespoon
 Greek yogurt (fat free)5 tabespoons
 Lemon juice1/2 of lemon
 Salt & Pepper
 Shallots1/4 of one bulb finely chopped



Mix all ingredients and let sit in the fridge for an hour so flavors mix.


Serve on the side of roasted fish or as a dip.


Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
