 Dijon mustard2 tbsp
 Fresh Garlic Cloves3, minced
 Lemon juice1/8 cup
 Onions1-2, diced
 Rosemaryto taste
 Skinless Chicken Breasts2, diced



Add a teaspoon of olive oil to the fry pan, wait until it heats. (Skip the oil and use a non-stick pan in the Attack phase)


Mince the garlic into the oil, add the rosemary.


Add the chicken, 1/2 cup of water, lemon juice, Dijon and a little salt and pepper.


Once the chicken is cooked, add the diced onions and cook until tender


Serve and enjoy!
