Ingredients

 Cold water2 tablespoons
 Fromage Frais2 heaped table spoons
 lemon and dill seasoning1/2teaspoon
 Smoked Salmon100g

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend to desired texture.

Put in a small dish and chill.

Serve on toasted Dukan bread.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
