Spray a paper towel with Pam and wipe a large skillet.
Add Garlic and turn on to medium (on stove-top)
Rinse spinach and add to skillet
Cook for about 5 minutes until spinach begins to wilt
Add Lemon Juice and Balsamic Vinegar. Saute until spinach is completely wilted. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and serve.
Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.
Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
