 Chives1 tbsp
 Cream cheese (fat free)1 tsbp
 Egg whites2
 Eggs1

Instructions

Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Scramble over medium heat using a bit of cooking spray and cook to your liking.

Consider adding ham, lox, or chicken.

Add veggies if you are in the Cruise Phase like zucchini or tomatoes.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
