Ingredients

 Cocoa powder (low fat, unsweetened)1 tbs
 Skimmed milkmug full
 Sweetener2 tbs

Instructions

Measure out one mug full of milk, leaving around an inch of room at the top.

Microwave on high for 2-3mins (take care when microwaving liquids, never use a new mug or overheat).

In a liquid-tight container, such as a clip and clip tub or similar, measure out the sweener and cocoa. Check carefully that the container can't spring open or leak before starting the next step!

When the milk is hot, add it to the dry ingredients, seal the container. Wrap the container in a cloth or towel and shake it like mad. You are aiming for frothy bubbles of hot chocolate.

Pour the foamy hot chocolate back into the mug and rinse out the container used for shaking.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
