 Balsamic Vinegar5 tblsp
 Chicken breasts1/2 kg
 Garlic powder1 tsp
 Lemon juiceof 1 lemon
 Onions1, diced
 Thyme1 tsp
 Yogurt (fat free)



Dice the chicken breasts


Add all the ingredients and let everything marinate for a couple of hours


Put the ingredients in a wok and stir on high heat (or if using a non-stick variety as high as it allows) until well cooked


You can use thighs instead of breasts, use any other preferred spice, and add vegetables during protein & vegetable days for variety.


Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
