Ingredients

 Cream cheese (fat free)1 tblsp
 Green Onions with Tops, chopped1 tsp
 Smoked Salmon3-6 slices

Instructions

Lay out the smoked salmon.

Spread a small amount of cream cheese on each piece.

Add a pinch of Green Onion to one side of each piece

Roll into tubes with Green Onion and Cream Cheese in the middle.

Add salt and pepper as needed.

Enjoy!

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
