Preheat the oven to gas mark 8 (240C).
Peel and crush the garlic. Chop the herbs.
In a bowl, mix the garlic, herbs, flavouring, oat bran and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
Clean the mussels well. Cut them into half, then
stuff them raw.
Put them in a deep dish and bake in the oven for
15 minutes. Serve hot.
