Ingredients

 2 garlic cloves3 laurie papers
 Black pepperpinch
 Chicken breasts3
 Lemonshalf for seasoning
 Oat bran2 to 3 tbsp
 Saltpinch
 Thymepinch
 Yellow onion (large)half

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients.

Put 2 and a half to 3 cups of water in a pan to boil.

Put the ingredients together in the pan except oat.

Cook on high heat for 10 minutes*...

Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

Add the oat bran.

Mix the soup in the blender.

Add lemon if needed.

You can add any other spices you like.
