Ingredients

 1 chopped onionFinely chopped
 Eggs2, beaten
 Hard-boiled Eggs2, sliced
 Salt & PepperTo season
 Turkey mince1.2kg (2 1/2lb)
 Yogurt (fat free)4 tbsps

Prepare the ingredients

Boil 2 of the eggs for 10 minutes, remove from the heat and cover with cold water.

Preheat the oven to 180c/350f/Gas mark 4.

Carefully mix the chopped onion, beaten eggs, low fat yoghurt, salt and pepper into the minced turkey.

Lightly oil and dust with flour a bread tin.

Add half of the turkey mixture to the tin and smooth down.

Slice the hard boiled eggs and place them in a row on top of the turkey mixture in the bread tin, the add the rest of the turkey mixture.

Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour.

Let the loaf stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve hot or cold.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
